
Natarajan Chandrasekaran is Chairman of the Board of Tata Sons, the holding company and promoter of more than 100 Tata operating companies with aggregate annual revenues of more than US $100 billion. He joined the Board of Tata Sons in October 2016 and was appointed Chairman in January 2017.
Mr. Chandrasekaran chairs the Boards of several group operating companies, including Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Tata Power, Indian Hotels, Tata Consumer Products Limited, Tata Chemicals and TCS, where he was the Chief Executive from 2009-17. The Tata group companies include 29 publicly-listed corporations with a combined market capitalization that exceeded US $120 billion at the start of 2017. His appointment as Chairman followed a 30-year business career at TCS, which he joined from university. Chandra rose through the ranks at TCS to become CEO and Managing Director of the leading global IT solution and consulting firm. Under his leadership, TCS generated total revenues of US $16.5 billion in 2015-16 and consolidated its position as the largest private sector employer in India and the country’s most valuable company. TCS has also been placed among the “Big 4” most valuable IT services brands worldwide, ranked as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Forbes and recognized as a Global Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute across 24 countries. Chandra embedded a culture of customer-focus and innovation at TCS. In addition to his professional career at Tata, Chandra was also appointed as a Director on the Board of India’s central bank, the Reserve Bank of India, in 2016. He has also served as the Chairperson of the Information and Communication Technology Industry Governors at the World Economic Forum, Davos in 2015-16. Chandra is an active member of India’s bilateral business forums including USA, UK, Australia and Japan. He served as the chairman of NASSCOM, the apex trade body for IT services firms in India in 2012-13. His business leadership has been recognized by several corporate and community organizations, and he has received numerous awards. Business Leader of the Year at the ET Awards for Corporate Excellence 2016; CNBC TV 18 - ‘Indian Business Icon', 2014; CNN-IBN Indian of the Year 2014 (business category); Best CEO for 2013 and 2014 by Business Today; and, Best CEO 2010-15 Institutional Investor’s Annual All-Asia Executive Team rankings. Chandra has been awarded several honorary doctorates by leading universities in India and internationally. He attended the Regional Engineering College, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, where he completed a Masters degree in Computer Applications before joining TCS in 1987. Chandra is an avid photographer, and a passionate long-distance marathon runner. Born in 1963, Chandra lives in Mumbai, with his wife Lalitha.

Mr. Nasser Munjee served with HDFC for over 20 years at various positions including as its Executive Director. He was the Managing Director of Infrastructure Development Finance Co. Ltd. (IDFC) up to March 2004.
He was the Chairman of DCB Bank Limited since June 2005 (till August 2021) and is also on the Board of various Multinational Companies and Trusts. Mr. Munjee has deep interest in rural development, housing finance, urban issues, infrastructure and humanitarian causes. He was a technical advisor on the World Bank's Public Private Partnership Infrastructure and Advisory Fund. Mr. Munjee was adjudged best Independent Director by the Asian centre for Corporate Governance and Sustainability. He was also awarded the Indian Business Leader of the year 2014 by Horasis in Switzerland.
He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree from the London School of Economics, UK.
He is director on the boards of DCB Bank, TMF Business Services Limited, Tata Motors Finance Limited, TMF Holdings Limited, Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited, Arka Fincap Limited, MMTC- PAMP India Private Limited, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (India), Indian Institute for Human Settlements, Aga Khan Foundation (India) and Anuskaa Foundation for Eliminating Clubfoot.

Ms. Hema Ravichandar is a Strategic HR Advisor with over 37 years of industry experience. She currently advises several Indian and multinational corporations and is on the Board of several companies, including one which featured in the ET – Hay Group survey of India’s Best Boards.
Ms. Ravichandar, until 2005, was the Senior Vice-President and Group Head HRD for Infosys Limited and the Infosys Group. In this capacity she designed and drove the HR agenda for Infosys globally, as it scaled up from 250 employees in 1992 to 40,000 employees in 2005. Under her HR Leadership, Infosys won several "Best Employer of the Year" awards in India and was placed in Top 100 rankings, overseas.
She is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has deep expertise in Human Resources Development – Managing Scale, Risk, Diversity, Execution and Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Change Management, Succession Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Anti-Sexual Harassment initiatives and Immigration scenarios. She has over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, mentoring and leadership development and has worked extensively with both business and functional leaders, CEOs and Board Members in transforming their leadership styles for maximum impact and lasting change."
Ms. Ravichandar has won several awards and accolades including three “HR Professional of the Year” awards, listings amongst the “25 Most Powerful Women in India”, “25 Hottest Young Executives of the Year” and “Successful Women Professionals in IT”. She was also conferred with the “Outstanding HR Professional of the Year” by the National HRD Network. She has held positions in industry bodies, including on the National Executive Board of NHRDN. She has also served on several award juries.
Ms. Ravichandar is an Independent Director in Bosch Limited, Trent Limited and a Non-Executive Director in Feedback Business Consulting Services Private Limited.

Anantharaman has over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, having led corporate and investment banking teams at Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America, among others. He is a Senior Advisor in India to CDC Group, the UK Govt Development Finance Institution. He brings strong board-level advisory experience across mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and risk management. He also serves on the boards of Transunion CIBIL,Axis Asset Management Company, Ecom Express Pvt. Ltd, IIFL Home Finance Limited, IHOCO BV and is a Board Mentor with Critical Eye, a UK-based peer-to-peer board community. He holds a BE in metallurgy from Jadavpur University and a PGDBM from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Mr. Narayan is a strategic business advisor with 40 years of domestic and international experience in private and publicly listed companies in North America and India. He has held leadership and board positions in various hospitality groups and related companies including Best Western International, Red Lion Hotels Corp., Swiss International Hotels and a Kohlberg, Kravis & Roberts (KKR) company. He brings deep executive experience in Strategic Growth, Finance, Branding, Marketing and Distribution, Capital Markets, Debt Financing, IPOs, Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate development.
He has advised clients in Peru, China, Europe and North America and was invited to join a Trade Mission to China and Vietnam led by the Governor, Washington State, USA.
He has been a speaker at industry and investment conferences worldwide and currently serves on a number of Boards. In 2003, he was nominated for Business Leader of the Year by the London based Hotel Reports publication.
Mr. Narayan holds an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India and an MBA from the University of Florida, USA.

Mr. Puneet Chhatwal joined The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on November 6, 2017. He is a global professional with over three decades of leadership experience at highly acclaimed hotel groups in Europe and North America.
Under his leadership, IHCL has embarked on a journey of re-imagination to achieve sustainable profitable growth. Prior to this, Mr. Chhatwal was the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Steigenberger Hotels AG – Deutsche Hospitality. He was also the Chief Development Officer of The Rezidor Hotel Group – Carlson Hotels Worldwide. Mr. Chhatwal is a graduate of both Delhi University and Institute of Hotel Management, Delhi. He has completed an MBA in Hospitality from ESSEC, Paris and an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD.
Mr. Chhatwal is the Chairman of Oriental Hotels Limited, Piem Hotels Ltd and TajSATS Air Catering Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director on the Boards of various foreign companies like St. James Court Hotel Limited, Good Hope Palace Hotels Proprietary Limited, IHMS Hotels (SA) Proprietary Limited, IHOCO BV, Taj International Hotels Limited, IH Hospitality GmbH and The Indo German Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Chhatwal has won awards including the prestigious Carlson Fellowship and was rated as one of Europe’s 20 extraordinary minds in Sales, Marketing and Technology - HSMAI European Awards 2014. He was also the First Alumni included in the ESSEC-IMHI Hall of Honor 2014.
