IHCL’s J Wellness Circle invites you to embark on a holistic wellness journey this International Day of Yoga through a thoughtfully curated programme rooted in the principles of yoga. Reflecting a philosophy that sees wellness in moments of pause, the initiative presents yoga as an integrated way of living, guided by clarity, balance and mindful intent.
A series of experiences across participating hotels, mornings will begin with Dhyana Yoga, where a serene dhoop ritual and a live flute performance sets a reflective tone, complemented by immersive sound-healing sessions, drawing on traditional Indian instruments celebrating ancient wisdom and cultural heritage. Through Jnana Yoga, guests are introduced to Satvik food at all-day dining restaurants, offering a nourishing and well-balanced start to the day. As the day transitions, a soulful sunset ceremony with diya lighting, chants, and a gentle introduction to yogic practices dissolves boundaries and creates oneness through Bhakti Yoga.
Extending the philosophy beyond the guest experience, Karma Yoga engages IHCL associates in community-led initiatives such as neighbourhood clean-ups, plogging walks and tree plantation drives, reinforcing a shared responsibility towards environmental wellbeing.
Through these expressions, J Wellness Circle presents a holistic approach to living, one that brings together mental discipline and stillness, inner awareness and insight, devotion and connection and selfless action.
